E-Bay Store Reseller

Eric runs an E-Bay Store. First starting with Auctions then adding an E-Bay Store.

"I thought it was a good idea to just start with a few items on E-bay.", said Eric, "I sell Tee Shirts and the response to our Auctions were great."

As Eric's E-Bay Business grew so did the Inventory he had to keep on hand. He started to buy his T-Shirts & Sweatshirts in bulk. He later moved into selling Garden Flags & other product like Mousepads. At one time he had over 100 items listed on E-Bay everyday. Keeping track of his inventory, new auctions, ending auction and sales was overwhelming.

Seeing the On-Line potential Eric opened a Website, and started to offer the same items on the Webstore that he offered on E-Bay. As his business started to grow, Eric realized things were getting out of control. The children and his wife that he relied on as workers started to not show up for work or even come home from school. Eric was in way over his head.

"I knew something had to be done soon.", said Eric, "I couldn't keep going like this, not knowing if I was making money and never in control of my business."

Here is were we stepped in. Running our Inventory Software for 30 days Eric realized the his Garden Flags out sold his T-Shirts & Sweatshirts 5 to 1. The Cost of producing the Gardens Flags was 80% less than 1 T-Shirt. Eric has now almost entirely ended his T-Shirt & Sweatshirt business for Garden Flags and is much happier.

"I couldn't believe the money I was making on Garden Flags vs T-Shirts, a quick cost analysis told me that I should dump the T-Shirts and step up the Garden Flags.", said Eric, "I would still be making tons of unsold T-Shirts & Sweatshirts if I hadn't spent the $69 bucks to get control of my business. This product paid for itself several times over in the first few months of using the Inventory Software."

Eric is now looking for a Retail Store Front to sell his Garden Flags and other outdoor accessories. He will be using the Inventory Software that he is using at home and is sure his Retail Business will be a big success because, "I can tell what my customers are buying from Day 1", said Eric, with a big grin.
