Retail Pool Store

Jane owns a family Pool Store. Keeping track of the inventory is very important to her since most of her training is in retail. Using several POS Software Programs, she switched to our Inventory Software. It took a week or so to enter in all the inventory, but being able to track customers and inventory is important.

Jane's Pool store is located in Pennsylvania where the pool season is only 5 months long so making sure you have the products in stock the customers need and not reordering product near the end of the season has always been a guessing game. Jane's store also sells Hot Tubs & Spa's so keeping those product and chemicals on stock is important over the winter months.

Her previous Inventory Software was always crashing on her. She has to change her computer system a few times due to the harsh chemical conditions. Leaking chlorine from a shippment corroded the componients of her comptuers that were sitting on the floor. But during all these challanges one thing stayed constant, the Inventory Software and POS Hardware she purchased from us kept working.

Being able to track seasonal inventory needs is the difference between making money or losing your shirt when it comes to a seasonal businss. Jane learned the importance of a good Inventory Program.
